background - I had worked on the CTS for DTHO1. high volumn hours before the 5 weeks off.
the issue - after the PTO, I forgot some basic things. or have difficult time to pick it up. e.g. i can't remember the password for GNS3. or lost a lot of time on loading c9kv image on Raitt platform.
